He didnt turn out so bad since this was the first time I tried out mudbox. -
My first try at a character design!
I’ve been working on this project on and off for weeks, and finally managed to complete it! -
At this point I have started to learn about bones and rigging at my school, and I wanted to try out a small animation with a basic character. Lightbulb man!
It went quite well, besides that his right hand kinda spasses out at one point in the video, it goes inside of his head.
Rendertime was over 20 hours on this one. -
Yet another fumeFX video, this time I created a spray can, which has a flammable substance inside of it, as you might see on the side of the can!
Rendertime about was about 5 or 6 hours! -
I continue to play with fumeFX here, and created a barrel with some kind of flammable inside! Just to make it a bit more exciting really:)
This took about 3 hours to render if I remember correctly! -
My first try at using FumeFX to create realistic flames.
Basically a fireball!
Rendertime was about 1 hour! -
First group assignment. The assignment was to create an apartment with three biped doing something in the apartment. My job was to create the apartment walls, roof, windows, curtains, spotlights, sofa, pillows, and the lighting system.
Rendertime was a bit under an hour! -
My third school assignment was to create a scene based on a song gived by my teacher. I associated the song with a forest, a fictional universe.
I did not try to make this scene realistic, as you can see on the texture.
I used a daylight system to create sunlight, or in this case moonlight. Filtered to be a bit warm. Another light was put in the window, this is an illuminated material.
Rendertime on this was about 30 minutes! -
One of my first tries at realism using Mental Ray in 3Ds max!
Daylight system coming in from the windows, and two omni lights situated in the front and the back of the classroom.
Rendertime was about an hour.
